Welcome to Setting Your Stage! These Terms and Conditions outline our commitment to one another on this audition journey. By booking services with Setting Your Stage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions..
Setting Your Stage offers acting coaching services, including but not limited to:

Workshop Sessions

Mock Auditions and Performance Reviews

Other specialized training services
We reserve the right to update or change services offered at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.

Booking: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Bookings can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly.

Fees: Coaching fees are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the services selected. Setting Your Stage reserves the right to change fees with notice.

Payment: Payments are due upon booking, or as otherwise specified through our payment plan agreement. We accept payments via our website OR cashapp, zelle, venmo (@settingyourstage) OR Zelle (stacey@settingyourstage.org)

Client Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for virtual cancellations. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for in-person sessions. Each client gets at least one last minute cancellation without penalty. After using the one cancellation penalty excuse, cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable.
Setting Your Stage Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule. Rescheduling will happen at least 24 hours before the coaching session.
Refund Policy: Refunds are at the discretion of Setting Your Stage and are generally not provided except for cancellations made by us. If refund is made available, 15% of the total amount paid will be charged as a termination fee for partial services rendered.Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during sessions. Setting Your Stage reserves the right to terminate sessions if clients display inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Setting Your Stage expects that clients will not engage in any illegal, harassing, or unethical conduct while utilizing our services.
Client Information: We respect client privacy and will not share any personal information without consent, except as required by law.
Session Content: Setting Your Stage may record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. Clients will be informed in advance and will only record with consent.All materials, exercises, scripts, and resources provided by Setting Your Stage are for client use only and remain our intellectual property.
Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any proprietary materials without our consent.
Setting Your Stage makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or career success resulting from our coaching services. Client progress depends on individual dedication and practice.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Setting Your Stage disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.Setting Your Stage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from client use of our services.
This limitation of liability applies to any damages or injuries resulting from advice or actions taken during coaching sessions.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of NY, USA.
Setting Your Stage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
